Contact Schwa with your wedding date to check availability, then meet on Zoom for a consultation and vibe check.
Reserve your wedding date with a 50% nonrefundable fee.
Schwa will create and share your ceremony script, guide you through the marriage license process, and advise you on all things ceremony-related.
Schwa will attend your wedding rehearsal (and run it if need be).
Schwa will perform your ceremony and oversee the signing/submission of your marriage license.

ORIGINAL CEREMONY $700
An original, love-story-driven ceremony that feels like a great friend wrote it.

Free initial Zoom Consultation.
Receive your ceremony script ahead of time to review.
Marriage license advice.
Calls/emails/messages needed to organize your wedding day.
Virtual rehearsal before the wedding (in-person rehearsal available for additional fee).

WHAT ARE YOUR QUALIFICATIONS?
I am an ordained Minister through the Universal Life Church. I’ve written and performed over 100 wedding ceremonies around the world. I’m also a professional actor, playwright, & event host with 30+ years experience on the stage.

WHERE DO YOU OFFICIATE WEDDINGS?
I’m based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but I’ve officiated weddings across the United States in Chicago, New York City, California, Indiana, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Connecticut, Florida, Vermont, and beyond. Travel fees are added to all weddings booked outside the Milwaukee metro area.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?
Yes, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required at time of booking. You can pay via ACH, credit card, CashApp, Zelle, check or cash.

WILL WE MEET YOU IN-PERSON BEFORE OUR WEDDING?
For everyone’s convenience, all pre-wedding meetings are done via Zoom. However, if you live in the Milwaukee metro area and would prefer to meet in person, we can arrange that.

HOW DO WE APPLY FOR OUR MARRIAGE LICENSE?
Contact your County Clerk or google “How to get a marriage license near me.” It’s different based on your location. I will help you with the marriage license process once I’m booked.

WHO SUBMITS THE SIGNED MARRIAGE LICENSE TO THE CLERK'S OFFICE AFTER OUR CEREMONY?
I will coordinate with you or the wedding planner to sign the marriage license before, during, or after the ceremony, and the manner in which it will be submitted (usually by me).
